The Concepcion Vocational School (CVS) submitted itself for second reaccreditation with the Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC) from March 15 to 16, 2016, at Concepcion Vocational School, Tarlac.

The APACC team was headed by Prof. Dr. G. Kulanthaivel, APACC Acting President and APACC Team Leader with Dr. Romulita Alto, CPSC Faculty Consultant and APACC Team Member, and Ms. Felice Jeanine Marquez, PCD Staff and APACC Support Staff.

Dr. Alvin Yturralde, Vocational School Administrator of CVS related learnings gained from the concluded workshop by APACC and the Technical Education Skills and Development Authority (TESDA) – APACC Consultative Workshop held in Manila in March. In line with this, Dr. Yturralde also shared some of the recent improvements in CVS from 2013 – 2015 which include beautification in the surroundings and the creation of the school website.
The APACC team expressed its gratitude for the continuous confidence of CVS to the advocacies of APACC as the institution decided to undergo a reaccreditation process. CVS was commended for taking into consideration recommendations made by APACC during the last onsite visit in 2012 as improvements were observed during the on-site visit.

VCS was established on July 16, 1995 and envisions itself to become a Center of Excellence for TVET courses in agriculture and allied courses. Currently, CVS offers 8 programs and was first accredited by APACC in 2009, followed by their second accreditation in 2012.
